richardcarson1	How do I reset code p0404 and how do I get the check engine light to off? 2001 Saturn SC1 1.9. 2001 Saturn SC1 1.9L check engine light came on. Code read was p0404. What do I need to do? I had cleaned the egr valve about a month ago and it has been driving, performance wise, just fine. But this code says it's the egr flow, so what do I need to do?

Debris is most likely the cause of this DTC. If EGR SENSOR values do not fall within the proper ranges when tested, remove EGR valve and move pintle valve by hand to remove debris. Clean any debris that may be in the EGR port and check for corrosion in EGR harness connector. Retest EGR and replace if test fails again.

You reset the code with the scan tool.
