    First I'd do a compression test for the offending cylinder, so that you know right off that you have a cylinder capable of firing.

    Then I think I'd buy a "noid light" (or borrow one). This simple device tells you if your injector is getting an electrical impulse.

    If the compression is good, and you have injector pulse, and you've replaced the plug, plug wire and coil, it almost has to be a bad injector.
