How do I link my CarSpace page into my MySpace page?

I want to insert a link into myspace page so people can come here and visit my page.

I'm not sure how you tweak pages on MySpace. The URL link for your CarSpace page is www.carspace.com/username.

So I guess you need to paste that link somewhere on your MySpace page.
