    You probably don't even need new rear brake pads, but you definately shouldn't need new rotors. You may not even need new rotors in front, but it probably adds 100 bucks and is probably worth it as they'll probably warp as they get thinner near 100k.

    So for pads all around, new front rotors and turned back rotors, I'd say 500 at the dealer and 400 at a private shop would be average. It's not rocket science and there's nothing "special" about Honda brakes, so I wouldn't recommend a dealer for this. If ceramic pads are an option, I'd probably be willing to pay a bit extra.
