How much horsepower and torque does a throttle body spacer and a intake manifold spacer give to my 281 4.6 ?

I'm looking for bolt on power, and I have intake manifold spacers and throttle body spacers to choose from. They say added mpg and torque, but I'm not sure, and would like other opinions from people who know from their own personal experience.

My experience in researching this on other forums dedicated to cars like yours suggests that they do not work or at best offer a very minimal benefit. This info comes from owners, NOT from the people who make and sell them. At this point, I see no good evidence to suggest that they are worth the money.

The best chance of finding people with personal experience with your particular engine would be on a more car specific forum. But from forums on 8thcivic, it seems that they help but very little, like 2hp or less

Bolt ons rarely do anything but place money in the sellers pocket. Unless it has to do with forced induction like in a supercharger, turbo or NoS.
