When is the last time you put fluid in the master cylinder?
Check and make sure the master cylinder for the clutch is full. If it isn't, then you will need to fill it, pump up the pedal and then bleed the slave cylinder, which the bleeder valve is on the side of the transmission.

If the master cylinder for the clutch is full, then it is possible the clutch is gone.
When you say that it won't do anything, do you mean if you step on the clutch and put it in gear, it won't move or won't go in gear?
Please be specific, as my crystal ball is in the shop and without the specific information about what it is or isn't doing, we won't know where to guide you.
