    Labor runs about 7.2 - 9.0 hours and approx $150 - $300 in parts, depending on how much damage there is and what all is replaced.

    Without knowing the condition, extra problems and things like that, it is difficult to say.

    If I were doing the job, my estimate would be around $1100.
    Depending on the job, condition of the engine and extra parts necessary, it may run cheaper or more. Hard to say.

    Wow, you could have bought a used well running car for $1,900!

    That's an expensive repair on an old vehicle.
