How to remove and install heater core in 2000 Lincoln Navigator? Why is coolant leaking from truck to ground?

I need to replace the heater core? I have coolant leaking from the truck on to the ground. the truck is not running hot but as soon as I fill the coolant you see it dripping on the ground kind of in the middle of the truck.

Your statement,,replace the heater core,,looks like a question,,you said " as i fill the coolant " makes me think that the resevoir tank has a crack in it,,or the coolant resevoir tank return hose is damaged or leaking,,you said " truck is not running hot ",,if the heater core was leaking,,the truck would most definitely be running hot.
