the first thing you can do is get a chiltons or haynes manual form your local parts store. 2nd you can inspect the belt yourself to determine if there are any cracks that go through your belt and change it if you see any. then changing it every 50,000 miles thereafter is a good rule of thumb to keep you safe and running right. good luck.
The factory recommendation is listed in the maintenance schedule of your owners manual. It is usually every 60,000 miles. I hope this helps!!!Joel
90,000 miles or 72 months, whichever comes first.
Spark plug check and replacement every 120,000 miles or 144 months and 90,000 miles on timing belt.
