    sounds like you need a clutch fan removal tool once the clutch fan is off then remove the 4 bolts and pully

    Thank u very much that was very help full. I have one more question I just bought a go kart and I did its yune up but the only thing that is doing is that it does start but at the same time I accelerate it dies on my its making the same thing like a regular car that when the cataliseris clug up or what could it be is it the carburator can you guys help me with that?

    Water Pump - 6.0L Diesel Engine

    Removal and Installation

    1. Drain the cooling system.
    2. Remove the cooling fan and clutch.
    3. Remove the accessory drive belt.




    1. Remove the bolts and the coolant pump pulley.




    1. Remove the bolts and the coolant pump.

      • Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

    1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

      • Clean and inspect the coolant pump mounting.

    on the back of the fan there is a har plastitic protecting I guess the engine it has four lugs two on top and two on the bottom do I remove those lugs to have more space to remove the big nut that is hoding the clutch fan or how can I take it off.
