If you go to www.nadaguides.com enter your zip code and click on "classic cars" button, you can look up the value of any pre-1980 car based on its condition, installed options and mileage. You can also do a search on eBay motors for that particular vehicle and see what they are actually being sold for across the entire country. This will give you a pretty good idea of what would be a reasonable asking price. The way to thank the people that help you here is to click on the “thumbs up” button on the bottom of the answer. I'd look at ebaymotors, in the completed auctions section, find a car like that, see how much folks bid on it. By your discription it will be fairly low. What is the condition of the body? interior? engine? Does it run? Which engine and transmission?
