Pull the negative battery cable for 5 minutes, then put it back on. This will reset the computer. However, I'm not convinced the fuel pump safety feature you mention is the problem. If the computer reset doesn't help, I'd recommend having it towed and repaired. By the way, it does have gas in it? Right? Keyless entry isn't causing the car not to start.
