How to turn off the maintenance minder?

Lexus IS 250, about 4500 miles, get the Oil Maintenance Required Soon message. I turned off maintenance settings in the dash. Going for maintenance soon; how does this message get turned off? I turned off the maintenance minder in the nav so I'm not sure why it is still showing up.

In Makes & Models > Lexus > IS 250
In Maintenance & Repair > Oil

This is for 2006-07 models, since you didn't specify what year your vehicle is.

Resetting the Maintenance Required Lamp
NOTE: The trip meter reset knob is located on the left side of the combination meter assembly.
Turn engine switch ON (IG) while pressing and holding the trip meter reset knob. Hold the trip meter reset knob until the following conditions are met and 5 seconds have passed.
The multi-information display shows "OIL MILEAGE RESET".
The master warning light illuminates.
When "OIL MILEAGE RESET" disappears and the master warning light turns off, the reset is complete.
