Ones in good shape get bid to about $3,000 on Ebay. With transmission and a/c problems, you might try and get $1,000, it would seem to me.
I think that's right $1000 -$1250, something like that. Even in trophy-winning show condition this is, at best, a $12,000 car, so no one is going to restore it unless they want a hobby and can do the work themselves.
Unless the body, interior and engine are in outstanding condition the cost of repairs I'm afraid more than likely exceed the value of the car. " Fair" condition usually means it's not that nice. But...you never know who might take it as it is for 1000-1500.
There's always a 'dreamer' out there if the price is right.
