I have a 2004 Camry LE and the power locks don't lock other doors. I was told it could possibly ECU unit, or doors accelerators.

It is either the door lock switch or the lock actuators. If more than one door stopped locking at the same time, I suspect it is the door lock switch. The switch is easy to just pull out and replace. The actuators are inside the door and require removal of the door panels. Good luck!
