I have a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. I would like to get a DVD with European maps, is that possible?

Is it possible to "rebuild" a DVD, pull out the US maps and put in the European maps?What navigation system is in the car,is it pioneers?

In Car Accessories > Navigation System > Factory Navigation
In Makes & Models > Lincoln > Navigator
