I own a 2008 RAV4. Base model. Where is the fuse or breaker for the cigarette lighter power outlet? No power to it
TOYOTA RAV4. I can't find the breaker for the above mentioned power outlet or cigarette lighter. There's no power for that outlet and also the rear outlet. Would appreciate your help. Thank you! Erich

Did you look in the Owners Manual for where the fuse boxes are?

Yes, I did - in my fuse box (Base Model), all fuses are OK, but the power outlet (or cigarette lighter) fuse is not shown. Erichn1

I don't have the schematics for that vehicle, but you may want to check to see if you have an ACC (Accessory) Relay, and whether that meters out okay.

The Base model RAV4 is not equipped with ACC Relay. My main problem is that I have electrical failure with both of my power outlets. All my fuses check out OK - can't figure out what's going on. Erichn1
