I have a 93 Audi 100CS. Shifter is stuck in D3 position and will not go into park or any other position. Any idea?

When I try to move the shifter lever into drive, reverse, park it will not move. It is currently stuck in the "D3" position. This Audi 100CS in an automatic.

In Makes & Models > Audi > 100
In Maintenance & Repair > Transmission > Automatic
In Maintenance & Repair > Transmission > Shifting
