    I strongly suspect you just have one or more bad motor mounts. These are rubber sandwiched beteen steel plates that connect the engine to the frame and will degrade over time becaue the rubber deteriorates from heat and vibration. Unless the car has oil leaks, I would continue to use the standard factory approved oil at your regular oil changes. You can upgrade to a full synthetic if you want, but it is not necessary as long as you regularly change your oil as per the manufacturer's instructiions. Good luck!
