You have 3, options here.
1. Don't mess with it,,then you won't have a c/d player anymore.
2. Take the c/d player out of the car, remove the cover from the c/ player and by hand extact the c/d from the players tray,,but then what ever caused the c/d to get stuck in the first place will be unresolved and a c/d will get stuck again.
3. Take car to dealer, have tech advise you on a c/d player repair or a c/d player replacement options.
C/d players are simple in construction , yet delicate devices, that can get misadjusted or damaged rather easily when under the care of an individual who is lacking the proper tools and training to perform repairs.
