Ok there are some things you need to know BEFORE you do this job, A. what is your plan to dispose/recycle the old coolant and coolant flush(acid) water ? Used coolant needs to be recycled properly as it can cause significant ecological damage. Some auto parts houses will receive used coolant, some won't.

Finacially you must be prepared to purchase and install new upper and lower radiator hoses, a new thermostat/gasket, interior heater core feed and return hoses, clamps, etc

Because this would be the best time to install these parts., Also the radiator and water pump should be inspected too.

Next you need a service manual, when you said there was no instructions in the owners manual this leads me to believe you may not be familiar with service manuals and if the job is done incorrectly may lead to catastrophic engine failure.
