I have a Ford Ranger 1994 SVT. Are the fog lights factory or not?

the fog lights on my truck do not work trying to find out if factory item or not so they can be replaced one is missing

In Maintenance & Repair > Lights > Fog lights
In Makes & Models > Ford > Ranger

well i found they come both ways,with and without.3 things you can check is the cut outs if theyre extremely sloppy,then some one cut holes and installed them,and if theyre neat and clean a body shop or good garge did them and if the holes are nice and rounded and you cant see any signs of tampering. the next thing you can check is the wiring,is there any visible splices and connections,any nasty tape spots or is everything look factory? and the last thing i check is the interior switches.ford only uses a couple of different type of switches,depending on specs.this becomes irrelevant if some one has replaced a switch w/ anything other than a factory.hope this helps you.
