I have a code PO128, check engine light won't go away.

Driving the other day, in a normal weather condition, I had a check engine light come on. I took the car to Autozone to get the code pulled, it was a PO128 either, Low Coolant, Thermostat, or Sensor. I have replaced the Thermostat, drove still light on. Replaced the Sensor, drove, still light on. I tried to reset it by unhooking the battery, still the light is on. I am very frustrated as everything is replaced, everything should be fine.
Why is this light still on? How do I make it go away. My tempature gauge is reading fine. Thoughts? Thank you!

You may need to use the scan tool to reset the code. Also on some cars it is critical to bleed the cooling system of air after any service or repair.
