    Well lets look at it this way. When you apply brakes the weight of the vehicle shifts to the front putting a tremendous load on the braking, axles, and supension systems in the front end. I would check all these components especially your wheel bearings.

    Also, since the wheel secures the rotor I would double check for tightness. I have actually seen this warp a rotor in a couple days.
