    The person you are writing to posted the question a long time ago so you're not likely to meet up with them here, sorry. However the answer given to them was a good one IMO.

    Check the wiring in your drivers side door. More then likely you will find a broken wire in the conduit running from the door to the fire wall. In my case it was an orange wire running inside the rubber conduit from the door to the fire wall. I am pretty sure this is it as I had exactly the same syptoms.

    I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My heater fan quit working. I checked for fuses and the only one I can find is in the Power Direction Center which is a 40 AMP plug in and it seems to work okay. Any ideas where I should check next?

    Check the wiring going to the drivers side, normally this is caused by either a shorted or broke wire.
