    You can replace the PCV valve, replace the fuel filter, clean the mass airflow sensor, clean the inside of the throttle body, and clean the idle air control valve. Please be aware that the mass airflow sensor is very delicate, and cannot be touched or cleaned with anything except mass airflow sensor spray. Do not touch or scrape the sensor wires; just spray the sensor element until the wires are shiny clean. I would also recommend replacing the plug wires.
