I have a headlight problem on my 2002 VW Beetle. When I use just my low beam both lights work. When I put on the brights on driver's side works.
When I put on the brights only the light on the left side works (drivers side). The low beam stays on on both sides. I have exchanged headlight assemblies from lift to right and I get the same thing. The bulbs have been checked, for some reason I do not get high beam on right side. Could there be a problem in the headlight switch or other electric system that feeds the headlight on the right side? 2002 VW Beetle left headlight trouble.
