I just replaced my ac compressor and now my rear ac blows hot and my front blows cold.

What kind of vehicle are we talking about? There is only a couple of things I know of that may cause this. One question that comes to mind is after compressor replacement did you vacuum the system before you recharged it? Two: when the system was recharged are you sure you got enough freon into the system and did you use gauges to check the pressure. If the pressure is too high and you have a 134a system the compressor wont work properly.
Since the front blows cold and the rear isn't working it sounds like the most probable cause may be a restriction somewhere in the line leading to the evaporator in the back of the vehicle.
You may also check teh rear evap coil to make sure its clean and free of dirt and debris.
