I am replacing spark plugs on '93 Infiniti Q45 (01-93). Noticed gasket to be worn or missing. Where to find gasket?

Covers for plugs were removed and gasket is cracked, will form-a-gasket suffice?

In Maintenance & Repair > Engine > Misfire
In Makes & Models > Infiniti > Q45
In Maintenance & Repair > Electrical > Ignition
