I ask the question why do you need to replace the spindle and why did you replace the upper and lower ball joints 5 times. now that sounds really ridiculous. And there is only one stabilizer bar on any vehicle. You might talking about stabalizr bar link kits. A spindle is very stout part has no moving parts except for the parts that are attached to it. Unless you were in a accident or had a w/bearing ruin it you shouln't have to replace it. To your question you say you replace the ball joints thats 90% of the job in replacing it, the only thing left is remove the tie-rod and brake caliper and presto it off the vehicle.
