I've 2 phones Blackberry 8700 and Motorazr v3m + 1 Toyota highland hybrid. Help me with voice recognition dialing!

I've managed to get the handsfree thing working well - but due to the phones I have I don't think I can upload my phone book into the car (am I right???). i don't mind that a HUGE amount - although would prefer to sort that too.

What really really bugs me is that once my phone is connected I cant even dial through the phone using voice recognition - instead I have to scroll through all my numbers.
Any ideas please?! I'll take any solution to any bit of the problem.
