    IAC= Idle air control valve. Looks like a fat spark plug that screws into the throttle body with an electrical connector on the back. It has a spring loaded plunger that sets the idle mixture based on the temperature of the engine. They tend to build up gunk and stick open, ergo the high idle. An OBD scan would be the best way to narrow down the problem. Good luck!
