Inner tie rod bushings?

Can you replace the inner tie rod bushings without removing rack?

On most vehicles, yes. You need a inner tie rod tool. Remove tire, remove outer tie rod, count revolutions of outer tie rod, replace inner tie rod, install outer tie rod same amount of revolutions that was removed, and install tie rod in knuckle, replace tire. counting revolutions will only get you close to the old alignment, the vehicle still needs an alignment
