Installing an aftermarket radio.

My current stereo is fine but I wanted to install an aftermarket radio. I have the Bose system in now with that mini amp and auxiliary radio in the rear too. What type of wiring harness do I need and are there any restrictions. I would like to put in my own amp. Can you help me with this issue. I am experienced with automotives but when it comes to this different type of radio wiring situation, I am not sure and want to make absolutely sure I am getting the right wiring without being taken.

The factory amp runs the door speakers, I'm pretty sure that you can run an auxilary amp with no problem. You can look for a wiring harness for an aftermarket radio for your particular vehicle.
