    Can't swear to it on a Jeep, but on GM the intermittent module is built into the control board on the motor itself.

    The intermittant control module you are looking for can only be found in "old" Grand Cherokees. On post 1996 JGCs, the intermittent wiper function is controlled by the BCM. There is an Intermittent Wiper Relay in the PDC under the hood. Pop the cover off, and there wil be a diagram showing you which one it is. Test it -- that may be your whole problem and a cheap fix to get the intermittent function back. Good luck!
