Is Simonize a cancelable product?

Should I receive a refund on Simonize warranty since I no longer have the car? I was told by my new car dealership I could. It would be prorated? Now the old dealership is saying no. I only had it for 2 yrs and I purchased it for 5.

Did you have any documentation for the warranty?

If you do that is what you need to product to get your refund. If it was word of mouth from the F&I manager or salesperson I think you have a problem. The fact that the dealership has already denied your request for a refund leads me to believe that there might have been some miscommunication between you and the dealership.

I know this doesn't help you much, but I've never heard of a refundable Simonize warranty. Is this a paint sealant? or an extended warranty? Either way you will find it extremely difficult to get a refund without documentation stating so.
