    Yes, there is, about dead center under the seat

    Not quite sure but I think you just reach under the front of the rear seat (bottom cushion) and yank upwards and it should come out.

    That fuse box has the exact fuses you mentioned for your failed items.

    Fuses may look good but you may need to replace them individually with a known good fuse to be sure.

    This is the Application and ID for rear ruse panel. To remove the rear seat,push in and up on the front of the seat bottom(lower part were it meets flood) about 8 inches from door panel.Do this on both sides.
