Is there any way to read engine codes on a 1990 Eagle Talon without a scan tool?
just want to know if i can read codes on my talon without buying an expensive scan tool?

Yes, many of the chain auto parts stores will run the scan for free and tell you what the code means in the hope that you will buy thier part.
