Isuzu Trooper 2000 3.5L lifter noise after 300 miles on short block.

Installed rebuilt short and timing belt and motor ran great. About 300 miles i pulled my single axle trailer about 13 miles and a lifter type noise started. here's what I have tried. Installed timing belt tensioner replaced lifters on rt side which is side noise is coming from. pulled both cams on rt. side and checked cam load spring and reinstalled. Any other suggestions before I start over?
