Jeep Grand Cherokee door won't unlock. Messed with it and now car won't start.

passenger door wont unlock electrically or manually door wont open. kept pushing unlock and manually pushed unlock and pulled door handle and door opened now car wont start no lights come on in interior wont try to turn over
