Jeep Wrangler battery problem?

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Sometimes when I'm driving, my battery gauge red lines into + and my check gauges light comes on. When I turn off the car, it won't start again. There is no power at all, no noises, no clicking, nothing. Then, 3-5 min later, my lights/gauges come on & it starts no problem. It's usually fine for another 1-2 days and then it happens again. New battery or something else?

Its either a bad battery or a bad battery connection. Either way, go to your nearest auto parts store and get the battery checked which they do for free. Then clean the battery terminals and make sure they are on tight.
