Lexus 99 RX 300 won't shut off when you take the key out of the ignition

Lexus 99 RX 300 sometimes keeps running when you turn the engine off. Also, may keep on running when the key is removed from the ignition.

In Maintenance & Repair > Ignition
In Makes & Models > Lexus > RX 300

Edit Answer (for another 12 minutes)

You have a bad ignition switch. You can try to flush it out with some WD40 first to see if that helps. If not, just replace the switch.
