    It sounds like it may have jumped time. I have a 92 Ranger that was experiencing the same issues when I got it. Did you verify that all plugs are firing? Did you replace both coil packs? I would switch the coil packs around first and see if that brings it back to life. Also, unplug the mass airflow sensor (it plugs in next to the air box) and see if that helps. Obviously if you unplug it and the truck runs better, you know that it is not functioning properly. Let me know if any of this helps or if you need more information.
