timrat	Loud popping in front end when turning to right. Dodge Ram 1500. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 that has started making a loud popping noise when turning to the right. Doesn't happen on every turn. Very loud noise, sounds like someone is hitting truck with baseball bat during the turn.

Is it 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive? If its 4 wheel drive, if I'm right Dodges still had half shafts in them, and the Universal Joints could be doing the popping (inner or outer), if its 2 wheel drive the Ball Joints could be doing the popping (upper or lower).
