Low pressure power steering hose getting loose (twice this week) and the mechanic said it's the ice? Some help?

At start my car,I heard a funny noise and I saw a kind of oil leaking from the bottom. The mechanic found the low pressure hose of the power steering was almost loose. He replaced it and said that maybe the ice in the road loose the hose. After two days the same happened at the time to start the car.Is very clear that the ice is not the problem. Can somebody give me a reason for this to happen? thanks.

Make sure the power steering pump is bolted tight to the bracket that holds it. If it is being pulled loose by the belt, it will loosen all the hose connections over time. Have someone start the car with you in front and the hood open. Look at the pump when the car is first started. If it moves at all, it needs to be tightened.
