Mobile home hit by Lowe's truck, any advise?

I need advise, please
Our RV was parked on our cul-de-suc street near by our house, when Lowes truck had delivery and was trying to make turn and hit (twice) our mobilhome, wanted to leave without notice, but our neighbour saw and told him, that he better leave a note, which he did then. We notice it in the evening, so next day we tried to start a car, but wheel locked, betteries went down and generator dont work, and our right tire did a mark on the curb, which is explaines that car was moving pretty "good". Long story short, our agent from insurance saw only outside hit, which is very close to gas tank and wanted to just a fix and close the case, but we are afraid to stick with the same car, because who knows whats inside of this RV went wrong, I want to mention this car 1 yr old and we are paying good money for it. Does any body has advise for us what to do? should we call a lawer?

I thought the insurance was there?

Id take a hundred pics. of course this is old now. The undercarriage the inside of the hood battery , generator call an RV company for an estimate on repairs. The police for a report for suing Lowe's later.

Don't be nice guys, it cost a lot of money to get what you have .Do you think Lowe's is going to just give you a new one. You gotta fight for what you want now, or roll over. Its not that hard to go to court and sue someone or something. You need documentation if your convincing a Judge who wasn't there when it happened.

You'll be writing a play by play book on what happened and who done it, and how much damage, and using witnesses, but you must document. Pictures from a digital camera, reports from a mechanic, police.

thanks for advise, of course we did some pictures, but I need to do more, may be even recording. When we call to Progresive Ins, they said we dont need to call police, but this morning i called anyway, they said its not a crime, they wont involved and we dont need to report. So i guess we will try to change the agent, if she will not work with us.
