My 2001 Lexus RX 300 is posting scanner codes PO 171, PO 174, PO 1130, and PO 1150. What is the most likely fix?
With the combination of codes listed in the question, what is the most likely cause. Vehicle is currently running rich on fuel. I am located in a cold climate with snow and ice if this has any bearing.

Actually, it sounds like you have a lean running condition related to a bad oxygen sensor or a vacuum leak in the intake manifold. I strongly suspect it is just a torn or loose vacuum hose going into the intake manifold. This is a common problem on toyota and lexus cars and trucks. Usually, it is either the PCV or EGR valve hose connection that has cracked or come loose, so check that first.
