    1993 Camry no power.

    I think everything is correct as far as timing. You could do a compression test. I bought a compression gauge at Sears for $34.00 Then buy a fuel pressure testers if compression is good. It is next to the compression gauge. One tester has connectors for fuel inj. engines like yours. I know on Toyota the fuel rail to the injectors have a connector for hooking up this tool.

    If you replaced the catalytic converter on the exhaust I would loosen the pipe after that to relief pressure if that is the problem.
