My Jaguar S-Type won't start. (Electrical Jaguar S-Type Engine No start)

phillybizz	My Jaguar S-Type won't start. I have a 2002 S-Type Jaguar. After a major hurricane passed through, my Jag would not start. There was dampness inside and waterlog in the trunk. What could it possibly be? My two red panel lights flicker with the key out of the ignition. Please help. Someone suggested that it could be my instrument panel cluster. BLG

Sounds like water has gotten somewhere it shouldn't be. What do you mean, 'dampness inside'? Was it in standing water? How high?
