In the worst case scenario, you probably need a new clutch which will run around $7-800 for parts and labor at a good independent shop. However, you may just have a bad clutch slave cylinder or master cylinder given that the clutch pedal went to the bottom as you said. The master or slave cylinder can fail due to an internal or external seal leak. The most common seems to be external seal leakage. Inspect the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder for leakage and rebuild or replace if leaking. This will cost substantially less than a clutch replacement, maybe $200 or so. One check you can perform on the master cylinder is to depress the clutch pedal while someone watches the brake fluid reservoir level. If the level rises while the clutch pedal is being depressed, The clutch master cylinder is bad and should be rebuilt or replaced. On non warranty work I will always use an independent rather than the dealer. A clutch replacement will not take more than 1 day to do
